I don’t play alone in odd meters often, but thanks to a recent video by my friend Max Pollak (@max1poll) I was inspired! As per my usual, here's a little groove I found to help me resettle into the play space of the odd meter – bonus points if you can figure out which odd meter it is 🙃 I also find myself thinking about a specific tap dancer as I look at this step...extra bonus point if you can guess which one!!
