Sometimes I like to go back and play with old steps. Well, lots of times actually 🙃 Some of you will recognize the core step here as a traditional timestep, although I start it in a different place in time. In this clip I’m working through four different variations in addition to the original step. They are:
Original step
Add Chord
Add Chord + Heel
Add Toe + Chord + Heel
Add Two Toes + Heel
There are many more variations that can one from this simple step, of course. But I like sitting with just a few at a time to help my body remember them as things that can be done. The repetition makes them easier to recall later 🙂🙂🙂
