Slow Days
Have you had a slow day? It’s the kind of day when you wake up and nothing seems pressing, nothing seems desirable, and nothing seems wrong. We enter into this odd space of aloofness. Maybe we feel like we’re shirking responsibilities, but no single thing to do comes to mind as important or urgent. These days are really interesting to me.
What causes them? What are their purpose? How can they be best used?
I’m putting this here as reminder to think about this, so that the next time a slow day comes around, I don’t feel confused about what’s happening. I can recognize the slowness of the day, the change in the energy I’ve been given, and use that as my starting point for the day - rather than forcing something that doesn’t actually exist.
